So I had another video card overnighted to me, after a ridiculously long search to find someone with the card still in stock, which arrived yesterday morning. Correct card, but a capacitor was completely broken off of the circuit board. I wisely did my inspection before opening the static bag, so OWC did not try to blame me or charge me a restock fee or handling fee or whatever. They sent yet another one to me, overnight of course, which arrived today, and is pristine. My office has that wonderful aroma of add-on boards getting their first bit of electricity. They should package it and sell it as air freshener like they do ‘new car smell’. I am already in such a better mood.
